Ramon's Village Resort
Since opening in 1987, Ramon’s Village Resort has developed a distinctive identity built around its palm-thatched cabanas, established diving operation, and distinctly Belizean character. Styled after the traditional Tahitian cottages of Bora Bora and constructed with native materials, the resort’s accommodations range from beachfront and seaside cabanas to garden-set jungle units, with individual and two-story options designed for couples, families, and longer stays. At the center of the property is an 80-foot lagoon-style swimming pool, surrounded by palms and Mayan sculptures, while the beachfront restaurant, Pineapples On The Beach, provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and daily specials. A second poolside stop, Tropic Al’s, specializes in coffee and fresh fruit smoothies, adding a more casual complement to the resort’s principal dining venue. Yet it is the resort’s relationship with the water that truly distinguishes Ramon’s Village. Its 400-foot pier is home to Ramon’s Village Divers and serves as the departure point for scuba diving, snorkeling and other excursions. The dive operation is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort, offering instruction from introductory experiences through professional-level training. Beyond the water, guests have access to a beach spa, tour desk, equipment rentals, golf-cart rentals and concierge assistance. With its combination of traditional cabanas, established hospitality and an unusually direct connection between accommodations and diving operations, Ramon’s Village Resort remains one of San Pedro’s most recognizable resort properties.

The Phoenix Resort
Directly on the beachfront in the heart of San Pedro Town, The Phoenix Resort offers a rare combination of spacious luxury and a genuinely walkable location. Rather than conventional hotel rooms, the resort is composed of generously appointed one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites, each designed with full kitchens, spacious living areas, private verandas, Caribbean views, and the comforts of a private residence. Daily housekeeping and turn-down service add the attentive touches of a luxury resort. Two heated saline-chlorinated pools are surrounded by carefully maintained gardens, creating a peaceful retreat just steps from the activity of town. Guests can also enjoy complimentary bicycles and kayaks, a daily happy hour, yoga, chocolate tasting, bird watching, and other curated experiences arranged through the resort. Families are particularly well catered for with the complimentary Phoenix Nest Kids Club, giving younger guests their own supervised activities while parents enjoy time at the pool, spa, or on the water. Dining is centered around Red Ginger, serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner from its air-conditioned dining room and garden patio, with room service also available. Sol Spa provides massages, Maya-inspired treatments, facials, manicures, pedicures, and other wellness services directly on property. With its beachfront setting, generous residential-style suites, exceptional walkability, thoughtful family amenities, pools, dining, and spa, The Phoenix Resort creates an experience where the best of San Pedro is right outside the door, while tranquility waits just beyond it.

Alaia Belize Autograph Collection
Alaia Belize, Autograph Collection brings a distinctly modern energy to the resort experience, with contemporary studios and suites, family-friendly Reef House accommodations, and expansive three-bedroom oceanfront villas, some with private plunge pools. Located on Seagrape Drive in San Pedro, the resort places guests close to town while creating an experience designed around dining, relaxation, water adventures, and carefully curated activities. Water is central to a stay at Alaia. Three pools offer very different experiences, from the main resort pool with cabanas and a swim-up bar to the secluded Reef House Pool surrounded by gardens. Most distinctive is the suspended Vista Rooftop Pool, an adults-only infinity pool with 360-degree views and a setting designed especially for watching the sun rise and disappear over the horizon. Dining becomes an experience of its own, with six restaurants and four bars ranging from the Mediterranean-inspired Sea Salt and Caribbean-focused The Deck to Ocean Side Pizzeria and the adults-only Vista Rooftop. Guests can also reserve an intimate Chef’s Table inside The Cellar or settle into the Beach Bar with a cocktail and their feet in the sand. For those drawn to the water, Alaia maintains an on-site PADI 5-Star Dive Center offering diving, snorkeling, and private reef excursions. K’in Spa, fitness facilities, concierge service, golf carts, and a calendar of curated experiences complete the stay. Alaia Belize is ultimately a resort built around **choice**: quiet mornings, family adventures, rooftop sunsets, fine dining, reef exploration, or simply finding a comfortable place to spend the afternoon and letting the day unfold.
